I was recently involved in a collision right before all this COVID madness so I knew the process of repairing my car was going to be tougher than usual from the get go. Luckily, Color Recon did everything in their power to reassure me in this time of uncertainty. I was fully informed of my options, time frame, and what was expected from me (Which very much helped me maintain strong communication between my insurance and the body shop). As mentioned earlier, Color Recon takes each case and lays out all available repair options. Meaning that I never felt out of the loop when it came to the work that was being done, the pricing, and my responsibility as the car owner. Would very much recommend to others as these are certified technicians. My car looks just as new (Which i was paranoid about since it had a deep impact but thats why we leave it to the pros. Excellent Customer Services ! They are the Pro’s on BodyShop !!! They did the Ceramic Coating on my Porsche and it’s look fantastic , now I don’t have to clean my car every week like before !! As well they did the Clarity coating to my wife Lexus SUV and is protected against rock chips and scratches and its look like new and the best is invisible after the coating! my local Color Recon helped me where the insurance recommended shop failed me. Had I gone where they wanted my family would have been put back on the road in a structurally compromised and unsafe vehicle. They found the underlying damage the first body shop missed with their state of the art structural measurement system. They were looking out from us from the moment we walked until the moment we drove off the site in our new vehicle (2017) made possible by their inspection which totaled our previous vehicle. They even measured and inspected our new vehicle to make sure there was no wreck damage. I have never had such an amazing experience at any repair facility. You will NOT regret going to Color Recon!
