After having my synergy green Camaro taken care of by the boys at color recon, I will not go anywhere else. They were very reliable and kept me updated during the entire process. My car came out looking as good as it did the day I bought it. They had to blend the fender and door, due to a side swipe, and I cannot tell the difference in color at all. Their attention to detail is spot on. Again, I will not trust my car with anyone else!

Jesse at Color Recon did an excellent job with both the body repair and the paint on my SUV! He really exceeded my expectations, handled my insurance company from start to finish, and kept me informed through the entire process. Expensive and was trying to play smart . Forced me to do the job with them I didn't want .

Greetings Mr. Shlomi. It's unfortunate that you feel this way. Clearly, in the modern world no business can force a consumer to do anything, the same way no consumer can force a business to do anything. You came to us by recommendation because of our high quality work, requested that the work be done the best way humanly possible, and we understood why, you brought us a sate of the art nearly brand new expensive machine. All the options for more economical work at a reduced quality were presented to you, and you made your choice of the best one. Possibly, the reason for your dissatisfaction was when we did not agree to be dishonest to the insurance company. It should be understood that we work very hard to achieve everything we do for our customers, and would not jeopardize our success by being unethical. It is not forgotten when you said you would leave negative reviews for us, and you kept your word, but we kept ours and your repairs were flawless and beautiful. We are proud of that.

I was there try to replace a stuff which is part of my car, and they damage my leather a lot. But they pass the buck and told me those stratch was I did. I am look after my car pretty well even I got damage I will fix it immediately. How it that possible I did those damage on my leather？They just did the replacement and those scratch near by the part they replace. Even I came here more than 3 times. I would like to sugget everyone do not come to this shop again.

Hello Mr. Hu, we want to try and help you understand again what we were explaining to you here at the shop. The damage on your leather door handle was caused by regular wear and tear. The part you say we damaged, is the part of the door where you grab it to close the door shut. Your car is nearly 4 years old now. Count the times you open and close the door on a daily basis and you will have an idea of how much wear you put on this leather. A better indicator is the fact that the part you came to replace was damaged, worn out and discolored from continued use. We even showed you the same kind of damage on the passenger side door but at an earlier stage since that door doesn't get as much use as the driver's door. Hands are constantly sweaty, and have a lot of grease and other contaminants from the things we touch every day. This all deteriorates leather, which is why there is an entire industry built around chemical protectors etc. Add the fact that you have a very large ring with sharp edges on your index finger that happened to rest precisely on the worn parts when we asked you to performed the test of placing your hand as you normally would. Please provide pictures of the damage to different forums so that you can get more opinions as to what causes this leather wear similar to what happens to steering wheels after prolonged use. We feel terribly sorry that you feel this way, surely it is a case of misinformation on your end and when you clarify it, we can still be your shop of choice like you said you chose 3 times prior to this one because of the quality of our work.

Very pricey. Ask a bunch of questions to milk the insurance company

Hello Mr. Shawn, It's a bit confusing trying to understand why you decided to give us a negative review based on what you write here. Asking as many questions as possible to try and understand the circumstances under which the damage happened is a key part of building a repair plan. Since we were not there when the damage was done, we need to rely on the information you hold to do so. Its not a matter of milking any insurance company, they are already smart enough to not allow this to happen. It's a matter of thoroughly and completely assessing the damage and repair it in its entirety for the vehicle to be safe again.

They took the time to give me real advice about what decision was best for me, even when it meant they would have less or even no profit from my business. They take excellent care of their customers and are certified by most car companies to do the highest standard of work to not only make you safe, but to get your car back in original condition. In my case, they advised me to sell my car before paying for repairs since I did not plan on keeping the car. They even helped me to understand the value of my car and directed me to someone who could buy it from me quickly. This was excellent for me, but cost them hundreds in profit by turning my business elsewhere. Any business I have in the future will be through them.

Took my 2013 BMW 535i in for some work..The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, starting with Gabbie at the front desk and continuing with Tony. Other shops were charging me over $2000 for the work but Color Recon did a remarkable job, making my vehicle look like it came out of the factory for less than half the price!!!! Extremely happy with their work and I highly recommend to anyone needing any work on their vehicle... can't forget the tech Mario, he's a genius.

My experience at Color Recon was phenominal. I was tasked with finding a body shop for my 2012 Infiniti G37 since the dealer did not have one. One of the service consultants directed me towards Dayas Auto and with a little research I was able to find Color Recon. I choose to go with Color Recon because they held a certification for Infiniti Body collision repair (along with many others) and they were able to see me right away. The other reccomened body shop wasn't going to be able to see me for two weeks or more. My experience from dropping off my vehicle, getting a rental car, being kept updated on my repair and picking up my vehicle was convenient and easy. I worked with Tony who was very knowledgeable and friendly. My concern was my insurance company quoted me for an aftermarket bumper and pieces for the repair in their estimate. My other concern was the photo claim process I had to submit to them did not accurately analyze the damage that may have been underneath my front bumper from the impact. Tony assured me that everything would be taken care of and that my vehicle would be repaired properly. Color Recon did their estimate and the insurance company missed a lot. Color Recon submitted their estimate and worked with the insurance company to make an agreement on their "differences", which included an OEM front bumper and not aftermarket. In the end everything worked out in my favor getting the quality of repair that I wanted. Color Recon takes pride in their work and it shows. When I picked up the vehicle my front bumper was flawless. There was no overspray anywhere, the part was fit perfect to the rest of the car with no gaps anywhere and the paint was blended perfectly to the rest of the car. Color Recon offers lifetime warranty on their parts and they detail the exterior of the vehicle when you pick it up. I will return to Color Recon for any future body work I may need and will definitely recommend them to any friends or family. Thanks again guys!

I absolutely loved my experience at Color Recon. Juan and his team were so great and made my experience quick, painless, and it was very impressive. I had a scratch on my hood from I4 debris and it was very noticeable. They buffed our the scratch like it was never there! I can’t see anything from the scratch and they were amazingly fast. They even gave me a discount which was great. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs cosmetic repair on their car, they were phenomenal!
