I think it is necessary to begin my review by stating that I rarely offer positive reviews of businesses because I believe that all businesses should ALWAYS meet the minimum expectations of customers, and giving a "positive review" of expected service and quality from a business is not something I go out of my way to do, as competency should be a given (sadly, not always the case.) I am reviewing Color Recon because there is nothing "expected" or "minimum" with their service--every interaction, service provided, and final product exceeded our expectations as customers. This is our story: We have now had two separate vehicles serviced/repaired by Color Recon, both of which were involved in accidents where the other driver was at-fault and repair expenses would be paid through the at fault-driver's car insurance company. For those of you involved in accidents like this, you know what a nightmare the process can be! Not with Color Recon. The ONLY positive thing about either of these accidents is the Color Recon staff and their services. This shop has a commitment to excellence in all that they do, that you, as a customer, can trust--it shows in every part of the vehicle repair and claims process. Color Recon was extremely detailed, thorough, and went above and beyond to inform me, as their client, about my rights during the insurance claims process. I have never viewed any auto body repair shop as an advocate, but I can unreservedly tell others that Color Recon was my personal advocate through EVERY step of the repair process. Through the support, guidance and professionalism of Color Recon, both of our vehicle incidents turned out ideal. Our first vehicle was totaled, and we were able to negotiate with the insurance company to receive adequate compensation to purchase another vehicle of like kind and quality. Had I taken my vehicle to any other location, I am certain I would not have ended up with the same positive outcome. For our second vehicle repair, our SUV came back in better quality than pre-accident condition. The repairs were done to the highest quality, and the vehicle was thoroughly detailed upon return. Had there been any discrepancy in the work, I am certain Color Recon would have gone above and beyond to correct the issue, and meet my needs. The Color Recon staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and reliable, and their work is excellent and timely. Pride is taken in all of their work, including the shop itself, as you can see in the beauty, upkeep and design of the guest lobby (a detail I surely appreciated!) While we hope not to be involved in another accident in the future, we would never take our vehicle to any other collision repair shop! Thank you Color Recon!

I chose Color Recon based on the reviews for repairs on my 2012 Infiniti G37 after an auto accident. My insurance company State Farm gave me such a hassle for going with a non-contracted body shop but regardless I'm glad I chose them. I was worried about reapirs due to the color of my car (bright red), but Color Recon have more than exceeded my expectations. They have matched the color beautifully. Also very thankful to Jay and Juan for their guidance and always keeping informed via phone and e-mail throughout the back and forth with State farm. Overall everything I went through was well worth the trouble.

Color Recon exceeded my expectations in every way. Juan and Jay were both very professional and made every effort to communicate with me and manage expectations. Not only did they finish the job under my budget, but I was blown away by the quality of the finished product. They were up-front and realistic about my options and did all they could to repair my vehicle in a cost effective manner. Always up front and do the repair correctly. I was told by the insurance company that they would save me money on my deductible if I would use their recommended shops. I wanted to use Colorrecon because I had used them several times before and was very pleased . Insurance company made it difficult since I went to my own shop but Juan and his crew worked with me and the insurance company I would recommend them they are always up front and honest

I found Color Recon through a basic google search and saw that it had great reviews. I went in and dropped my car off for a minor accident. Whether it was through phone call or in person, these guys know how to extend great customer service. I'd even go as far as saying that many businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from Color Recon. There were some issues with processing my claim, but Juan and his staff worked tremendously hard on my behalf. I was hit by a company vehicle and their insurance were fighting very hard to oppose the fixes Juan recommended. For 13 days, the fix was delayed, but Juan worked with me, fighting with the insurance company the whole way through. I highly doubt any other shop would have done the same given the minor damage my car had. Juan and his staff were so accommodating and I truly felt that they were on my side and wanting me to get my car repaired properly. When they finally were given the go ahead, my car not only was fixed beautifully, but my car was cleaned so professionally as well. I was simply impressed with everything Juan and his staff did for me. Not only will I go out of my way to recommend Color Recon to friends and family, but I will now forever be a client of theirs. Do yourself a favor and don't search elsewhere, Color Recon is the only shop you should be going to!

My vehicle was backed into while I was parked in a restaurant. I took it into Color Recon because of the honesty they had shown me in the past. I had to go through insurance so I did not know exactly what I was doing or what to expect. The guys at Color Recon made the process painless and easy to deal with. They communicated extremely well, much better than the other shops I took it to. Through this communication, I was able to stay on top of my insurance claim process and more importantly, get my vehicle on the road as soon as possible. They operate with integrity and they honestly do some of the best paint work I have ever seen. Unlike other shops, they go above and beyond. Their car wash consists of painstakingly removing excess dirt with claybar - a very time consuming process, full interior and exterior detailing, tire shine and a premium synthetic car wax. Suffice it to say, the car came out arguably better than it came in and I felt really good about picking it up. Know that these folk are working for the consumer and not the insurance company - like most other body shops in the area; truly a diamond in the rough.
