What a great experience! Juan and his staff were professional and provided excellent service. Not only that, Juan is a big advocate for the consumer when having to deal with the insurance companies. He is a straight shooter and his shop does high quality work by making sure they follow manufacturers guides for repair/paint. My car was damaged by a valet service where their insurance company was not going to pay for OEM parts, etc. I came out of this with everything that should have been done to make me whole although the insurance company was trying to play the delay game so I give in. Juan and Allyz are truly an ally as consumer advocates for you, the consumer. Will not hesitate to recommend.

I look at the "bad" reviews of Color Recon and laugh, although I should not laugh at people that cannot afford the best workmanship. This is my third experience with Color Recon, with three different cars over a period of years. Whenever I receive my car back, it looks like they are giving me a brand new car, not just repairs (like a bumper repair). The quality is fantastic. Seeing the bad reviews of Color Recon is similar to seeing the bad reviews of a top quality restaurant. Color Recon is not cheap. This experience has been my most expensive experience of the three, but I know that "you get what you pay for". Just like when you see a review of a top restaurant, that people give a bad review because they feel the restaurant charged "too much money" - well, the menu is available on line. You can see the prices in advance, before you eat there. You should have looked at the price before you ate there. Juan told me exactly what it was going to cost at Color Recon. YES, it was expensive, more than I was expecting to pay. But I said yes. And my car was ready when they promised, and the entire car, (in addition to the repair) looked like a brand new car when I got it back. Color Recon is worth every penny.
